Your version of the CareerFitter Career Assessment has "Built-in Intuitive Response" redirecting an examinee struggling with a question to offer them an alternate question with a wider spectrum of choices.
Two ways to send a career assessment:
• You individually register each person and send an assessment from this dashboard
• Group Self Registration by giving out your pre-paid access code (you can rename your access code to prevent further use)

• Select "Manage Examinees"
• Select the date range when they were assigned the assessment.
• Click the employee's name to see your view of their career assessment results:
1. You have a coach view of your client's report with coaching insights located within the red boxes
